High Contrast Imaging projects

An important research field within the LEOPARD group is high contrast imaging. The goal of high contrast imaging is to study faint objects right next to much brighter objects.

LEOPARD is involved in the follow high contrast imaging projects. A map which shows our vector-APPs around the world can be found below.

 All over the world

Vector-APP coronagraphs developed at LEOPARD can be found in many large observatories. This map illustrates the different projects in which we are involved. Please click on the image to enlarge it.
